About Us

We are the Memphis, TN and surrounding areas gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender athletic organization. We provide a safe, friendly environment to play softball. There are differing skill levels of the players, from competitive to newcomers. This helps keep the teams balanced and the games interesting and challenging. Our league is part of the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA), which hosts the world largest gay sporting event annually – The Gay Softball World Series.

Mission Statement

The mission of Bluff City Sports Association is to provide a safe environment for the LGBTQ community and friends of the LGBTQ community to play softball. We work to promote growth of the athletes both on and off the field. We are working to support the Memphis LGBTQ by providing a healthy activity, a safe place in which to socialize and to teach good sportsmanship.
